Welcome to Moments by Ash!

Hello!

Welcome to my first blog post on my new website! I am so excited to start sharing my work on this new platform.

First, I’d love to share who I am. My name is Ashley, and I am a Los Angeles born and raised Freelance Photographer. For as long as I can remember, I have always been into photography, even back when all I had were those cheap disposable cameras from the drug store. Then I moved on the the horrible cameras on my now ancient flip phones. In no way am I saying those pictures were good, but at the time I definitely thought they were lol. It wasn’t until high school that I felt this could be more than just a hobby, and I started to take it more seriously.

Over the last couple years though, I have really started to use photography as my creative output. Unfortunately life can get in the way, and sometimes my passions had to be put aside. In the last couple months I have been making some of the scariest decisions of my life. Though, with the help of my wonderful family and friends, I have chosen to really pursue my art. I want to continue to grow, learn, and experience new things in my career and my life.

With everything I have learned about business, and my passion for art, I have built Moments by Ash as my brand. I want to use this brand and my platforms to showcase my art, showcase my friends art, build partnerships, meet new people, experiment, innovate, etc etc.
